Basic TOS:

‣ Please do not ask me for free art-- I have the right to decline and/or restrict your actions on my account
‣ Please do not repost my art without permission from me! If given the ok, Please give proper credit to me! Its only fair if I create the content you enjoy!
‣ Please be respectful to others on my account! Harassment and bullying will result in a block and blacklist on any future events I may hold!

Design TOS

‣ All designs made by me must be credited to me.
‣ You must follow basic TOS.
‣ If you are trading/selling a design made by me, PLEASE INFORM ME AND FOLLOW MY TOS AND DNI!
‣ Please do NOT accept money for traded designs that do not have additional art from commissions. If you are selling from your own personal art, THAT IS THE ONLY ACCEPTION( In this case, the $$ should be only be priced as per of your own pieces OR how much you spent on commissioned art for said design. Do not profit off my work if the design was not bought originally. )
Do not accept money offers on designs that were free.
‣ Please properly credit my work and designs on Toyhouse.
‣ DO NOT sell my designs to those in my blacklist. They are in my blacklist for a reason. ALL CURRENT CHARACTER DESIGNS I MADE have a link to my TOS and Blacklist. If you have any questions, please message me on Instagram or ToyHouse ( both linked on homepage. click "Back" to find it! )
‣ Do not heavily change my designs, without my permission!
‣ If you are found breaking any of my TOS, you will be blocked and added to my Blacklist.
‣ You MUST authorize me on TH if you obtain one of my designs. I need to keep track of them!

‣ PLEASE DO NOT make NSFW of my designs!!! I am not comfortable seeing my designs used in that way. If you are looking to make NSFW with my designs, then please look somewhere else for designs bc I wont let that fly!

Commissions TOS:

‣ I will NOT begin a commission until I receive FULL PAYMENT . Commissioners will have A WEEK to make their full payment.
‣ As an artist I have the right to decline any trade or commission.
‣ DO NOT ask for any NSFW art, that is not what i create on my accounts and will never will.
‣ If commissioning me, refunds will not be given back if the art has been completed. Sketching process is 100% guarantee refund, and during lining or coloring processes will receive 50% refund back.
‣ If trading or commissioning, PLEASE have a CLEAR reference of the character. Descriptions are not allowed. Ponytown/Ponytown Custom Server sprites are allowed as long as there's additional art as a reference! And I WILL NOT base it off another person's character unless I see PERMISSION from that person.
‣Please refrain from giving my of my designs to those in my blacklist. Further information will be in my blacklist tab!
‣Please give proper credit to me when posting commissions or art made by me.
‣You will be given 4 versions of the piece (one of each will have a watermark):
✏ TWO (2) With a background
✏ TWO (2) Transparent
The NON watermarked versions are for your own personal use. If sharing, posting, or adding to any sites please use THE WATERMARKED VERSION!
The only time this will NOT happen is when you purchase a reference sheet from me!
